Waterjet Operator

Our client, industrial filter manufacturers is seeking a Waterjet Operator to join their team. As a Waterjet Operator, you will be part of Maintenance supporting Production. The ideal candidate will have a strong work ethic, punctuality, and the ability to work with a team which will align successfully in the organization.

Job Title: Waterjet Operator

Location: IN, Evansville, 10244 Hedden Rd

Pay Range: $16/hr

What's the Job?

Operating/programming waterjet
Read and interpret blueprints
Start and stop the machine, load/feed the machine, and monitor machine operation to ensure quality components
Program and adjust machine settings to optimize cutting processes for different materials and thicknesses; strategize task sequence for effective completion of work orders
Inspect finished products for quality, accuracy, and adherence to specification

What's Needed?

Continuous standing and movement
Lifting up to 50 pounds manually
Ability to read a tape measure
Auto Cad experience preferred
Forklift experience required
