Your responsibilities:

- Calendar and scheduling: manage complex calendar management, scheduling internal and external meetings, appointments, and conference calls across multiple time zones.
- Document preparation: prepare professional documents, presentations (powerpoint), reports, and correspondence, ensuring high accuracy and proper formatting.
- Travel coordination: assist with booking and coordinating domestic and international travel arrangements (flights, hotels, transportation) as required.
- Meeting support: prepare meeting agendas, manage necessary technology (virtual meeting platforms), and accurately take and transcribe meeting minutes.
- Adaptability: quickly learn new office protocols, departmental needs, and executive preferences for various short-term mandates.

Dress Code: Dress code on property is casual, shorts are OK. Safety toes are required to be out on the floor (composite is ok).Safety shoes are recommended - having them there as there will be times when they will have to engage with shipment auditors on paperwork, etc.
