Part-Time Dialysis Nurse

We are seeking a Dialysis Nurse to oversee and deliver high-quality hemodialysis care within a healthcare setting. Key responsibilities Providing direct patient care, performing assessments, administering medications, and educating patients on renal health and self-care. Leadership and supervision Delegating tasks to dialysis technicians, supervising their performance, and ensuring adherence to clinical standards and regulations. Treatment monitoring Observing patient responses, adjusting treatment plans as necessary, and maintaining accurate documentation of interventions and outcomes. Collaboration Working closely with physicians and the healthcare team to coordinate care, communicate critical lab results, and ensure treatment continuity. Compliance and documentation Maintaining precise electronic medical records, completing care plans timely, and following safety and regulatory protocols.
