We are currently seeking Registered Behavior Technicians (RBTs) to join our team in Maricopa City .

Available Schedules – Maricopa City

Schedule 1

• Monday, Wednesday & Friday
• 1:00 PM – 4:00 PM

Schedule 2

• Monday: 9:00 AM – 1:00 PM
• Tuesday: 9:00 AM – 1:00 PM & 4:30 PM – 6:00 PM
• Wednesday: 9:00 AM – 1:00 PM
• Thursday: 9:00 AM – 1:00 PM & 4:30 PM – 6:30 PM
• Friday: 9:00 AM – 1:00 PM

What You'll Do

Working one-on-one under the supervision of a BCBA, you'll:

• Implement individualized treatment plans
• Provide direct, one-on-one ABA therapy
• Support social skills groups and community activities
• Collect data and track client progress
• Help carry out behavior support plans
• Partner with families and your clinical team

What We're Looking For

• Active Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) certification
• Strong communication and teamwork skills
• High school diploma or equivalent (required)
• Bachelor's degree in psychology, education, or a related field (preferred)
• Experience working with children or individuals with developmental disabilities (preferred)
• Reliable transportation and a valid driver's license
• A genuine passion for helping children and families succeed
