This role serves as the primary contractual interface with customers and plays a critical part in ensuring regulatory compliance and advising legal and commercial leadership on contract-related business decisions. The ideal candidate brings deep expertise in federal procurement and negotiation skills. Key Responsibilities Serve as the primary lead for end-to-end contract management. Review, negotiate, and administer contract terms and conditions with customers Track key contractual deadlines and ensure alignment of documentation with program requirements Ensure compliance with federal procurement regulations and serve as the primary customer interface on related compliance matters Advise on contractual and business decision-making, supporting program performance and client relationship management Act as the primary company interface with customer contracting officers and procurement agents Qualifications Bachelor's degree or higher and a minimum of 8 years of contract management experience (in lieu of degree, experience will be accepted) Preferred Qualifications Experience working for or supporting government contractors in the defense or aerospace sector Active or prior U.S. security clearance Additional Requirements U.S. citizenship or U.S. Permanent Residency is required #J-18808-Ljbffr
