Compensation Details The salary range for this position is$70,000-$90,000annually, plus bonus Why You’ll Love This Role Travel: Expect extensive travel across the U.S. (100+ days/year)—every project brings a new challenge and a new destination Perks: Competitive base pay plus per diem and travel compensation that boost your overall earnings Impact: Help businesses recover from fires, floods, and other disasters when they need it most Growth: Paid training, career advancement, and a team that values your expertise What You’ll Do Lead high-impact, complex commercial restoration projects from start to finish Coordinate subcontractors, schedules, budgets, and safety plans Communicate with clients and insurance adjusters with professionalism and empathy Ensure projects meet timelines, compliance standards, and quality expectations What It Takes 3-5 years ofcommercial project management experience (restoration required) Demonstrated experience completing estimates with software (Xactimate preferred) Familiarity with time and material billing software (experience preferred) Ability to read blueprints and manage multiple projects under pressure Strong organizational and communication skills Proficiency with Microsoft Office and project management tools Valid driver’s license and ability to travel extensively This is a great role if you have a background in Construction Project Management, Disaster Recovery, or Restoration Management This is not a desk job.
