Project Coordinator Olathe, KS – This role ensures project objectives are met by the specified date and within budget by effectively planning, directing, and coordinating activities. The Project Coordinator will support our commercial construction projects. Responsibilities Work with project managers on all aspects of projects including processing shop drawings, project correspondence, and billing Provide excellent customer service to both internal and external customers Set up and maintain files on sold projects Prepare and submit monthly progress billings for current projects Process project related paperwork to include contracts, subcontracts, lien waivers, etc.; create and manage purchase orders and change orders Obtain quotes from vendors Purchase and track material; assist in creating submittal documents Other responsibilities as assigned Job Qualifications Construction management degree or two (2) years’ experience as a Project Coordinator or Assistant Project Manager/Engineer for a construction/service company, sub‑contractor, or property management firm preferred Bachelor’s degree preferred High attention to detail and ability to thrive in a fast‑paced, deadline‑focused work environment Proficient in Excel, Word, Access and Outlook Excellent communication, customer relations, and problem‑solving skills What We Offer Comprehensive medical, dental, and vision coverage – available your first full month Generous paid time off plus paid holidays and floating holidays Company‑paid life insurance, short‑term disability, and long‑term disability 401(k) with employer match Health Savings Account (HSA) and Flexible Spending Account (FSA) options Voluntary benefits including supplemental life and critical illness coverage Employee discounts for you and your immediate family Competitive compensation with annual performance reviews Successful completion of employment verifications, background check, drug screen, and driving record (if applicable) required in advance of hire.
