Please email HWL Billing if you have any questions in the event of cancelled shifts due to weather conditions Guaranteed Hours: Guaranteed hours are added to the facility time file prior to being sent to HWL. Cancellation Fees: If your provider cancels less than 14 days prior to starting, a fee of 12 hours x the bill rate will be assessed. If your provider terminates without 30 days' notice, a fee of 36 hours x the bill rate will be assessed.
