Simpson Strong-Tie Company Inc. in West Chicago, IL, seeks a Continuous Improvement Intern to help enhance efficiency, quality, and overall manufacturing performance. You will work with cross-functional teams to identify opportunities, analyze processes, and implement Lean initiatives while developing problem-solving and teamwork skills.
