Strong organizational, communication, and problem-solving skills will serve you well in this role. At Cornerstone Bank you’ll feel included and know that your work makes a difference. You’ll have autonomy in your role but will also work together as part of a collective credit team, to provide and receive support.

At Cornerstone Bank, we value the work of our team members and understand the significant role you play in the overall success of the Bank. Your role is critical as you monitor the credit risk associated with customer accounts, establish and maintain customer credit files/database, and review customers’ credit histories. As a credit expert, you will also assist with the establishment and implementation of credit policy, prepare reports that include the degree of risk involved in extending credit or lending money, evaluate customer records and recommend payment plans based on applicable data.

Must be versatile, flexible, and willing to work within constantly changing priorities with enthusiasm. Ability to research and evaluate data to make informed decisions and solve problems. Sense of discretion and willingness to maintain strict confidentiality of pertinent and sensitive information.
- Tech savvy and a quick learner. You’ll be using Microsoft Office Suite (Outlook, Word, Excel), Suntell document imaging system, and our core banking system (Fiserv) daily.
