Account Representative
Mitographers, Inc. Sioux Falls, SD | Full-Time | In-Office Do you love building relationships, solving problems, and keeping things running smoothly? You'll be a trusted partner to customers, a key member of our team, and an important contributor to our continued growth and success.What You'll Do
- Be the go-to contact for customer questions, orders, and requests.
- Deliver outstanding service through proactive communication and follow-through.
- Manage quotes, estimates, and order entry with accuracy and attention to detail.
- Partner with sales, production, purchasing, and other teams to ensure an exceptional customer experience.
- Identify opportunities to improve efficiency, solve problems, and add value for customers.
- Build strong relationships and become a trusted resource customers can count on.
- High School Diploma or GED.
- 2+ years of customer service, account management, sales support, or order management experience.
- Strong communication, organization, and problem-solving skills.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office; ERP or CRM experience preferred.
- Manufacturing, printing, or B2B experience is a plus.
- A positive attitude, strong attention to detail, and a commitment to delivering great customer experiences.
