Account Coordinator

Epicosity is looking for an Account Coordinator to join our Client Services team. This role is at the heart of how our agency runs — you\'ll move fluidly between client-facing work, like taking detailed notes in key meetings, and behind-the-scenes work, like setting up projects in our trafficking tool and making sure deliverables land on time and on budget. What You\'ll Do Project Management & Trafficking Track the projects in our system for your assigned clients and stay on top of where each one stands Keep a clear pulse on work volume to help manage the flow of projects Set up tasks in the agency\'s system when a campaign is approved to proceed, and monitor progress along the way Coordinate with staff overseeing production to keep efforts moving smoothly Work with vendors as needed — reviewing quotes and verifying production specs Independently manage small projects as assigned Attend agency production meetings to help provide insight and guidance on deadlines Asset Delivery & Quality Control Make sure internally created assets are delivered in the right specs, to the right person, at the right time Proof deliverables before they go to the Account Executive for review Client & Team Communication Attend key client meetings and take detailed notes to capture decisions and next steps Help draft and manage client correspondence Keep information flowing across the internal team Collect and manage client revision requests Help schedule meetings and manage team calendars Account Support & Coverage Step in to cover Account Executive responsibilities when they\'re out of the office What We\'re Looking For 1-2 years of agency experience preferred Working knowledge of Workamajig Working knowledge of HubSpot CRM and Marketing Tools Proficiency with Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook Strong attention to detail and organizational skills A clear, proactive communicator — someone who asks questions, clarifies when needed, and follows up consistently Accountable and trustworthy — someone who takes ownership of issues and brings solutions, not excuses Authentic relationship-builder who keeps a positive, can-do attitude under pressure #J-18808-Ljbffr
