HR Business PartnerThe HR Business Partner supports manufacturing site and functional leaders by providing strategic and consultative HR support focused on employee relations, performance management, engagement, workforce and talent development. This role partners closely with the HR Director to support leaders through complex people matters, organizational change, and workforce needs, while driving consistent application of HR practices across assigned sites. The HRBP will report directly to the HR Director, MSS Global Operations.Essential Duties and Responsibilities:Partner with site and functional leaders to support people?related decision?making and leadership effectiveness to drive business objectives and organizational performance.Serve as a trusted advisor to leaders on workforce planning, organizational effectiveness, and talent needsSupport organizational design by assessing capability needs, role clarity, and structural alignment with business goalsWorks with hiring managers and TA team to recruit and onboard employees to maintain a quality workforce to meet current and future Company growth needs.Act as a change partner during leadership transitions, organizational shifts, and periods of growthCoach managers and leaders on performance management, feedback, accountability, and employee developmentBuild leadership and team capability by partnering with leaders on targeted development initiativesProvides human resources guidance to leaders and employees to ensure compliance with State, Federal laws and regulations and industry accepted standards. Provides and interprets HR guideline and procedures.Coach leaders on fostering an inclusive, values?aligned IDEX culturePartner with leaders to identify talent risks, development needs, and succession considerationsSupport engagement efforts, including engagement survey review and leader action planningSupport performance review cycles with a focus on development, fairness, and follow?throughSupport leaders with performance improvement planning and corrective action decisionsLead and support complex and sensitive employee relations matters in partnership with the HR ManagerConduct or support investigations involving leadership or higher?risk employee relations situationsIdentify people?related risks and escalate concerns appropriatelyEnsure consistent application of HR policies, practices, and expectationsAnalyze HR data and trends to inform leadership decisions and proactive interventionsGather leader and employee feedback to inform continuous improvement of HR programs, processes, and policiesSupport implementation of company HR programs and processes across assigned sitesSupport digital enablement efforts, ensuring leaders and employees adopt new HR tools and processes effectivelyPartner with HR leadership to evaluate and implement automation solutions that strengthen HR operational capabilitiesPartner closely with the HR Director on HR priorities, initiatives, and executionSupport onboarding and development of HR team members as neededEducation & Experience:Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field required, or 6 - 8 years combination of education and experienceMinimum of 6–8 years of progressive experience in Human Resources, including experience in a Sr. HR Generalist or HR Business Partner roleDemonstrated experience supporting employee relations, performance management, and manager coachingExperience supporting leaders in a manufacturing, operations, or multi-site environment preferredPHR or SPHR Certification preferred.Knowledge, Skills, and AbilitiesStrong working knowledge of employee relations practices, investigations, performance management, and corrective action processesAbility to coach and influence leaders through complex and sensitive people mattersStrong judgment and discretion when handling confidential and sensitive informationAbility to interpret and apply HR policies, procedures, and employment laws consistentlyStrong written and verbal communication skillsAbility to build effective working relationships across all levels of the organizationAbility to manage multiple priorities, meet deadlines, and operate effectively in a fast-paced environmentAbility to analyze HR data and identify trends, risks, and opportunities for actionProficiency with HR systems and standard business software tools (Workday, KRONOS, and Microsoft Office are preferred)Physical DemandsAbility to remain in a stationary position for extended periods of timeAbility to communicate effectively with individuals and groupsAbility to operate a computer and other office productivity equipmentAbility to move about the facility as needed to support employees and leadersAbility to occasionally lift and carry materials up to 25 poundsWork EnvironmentWork is performed on site within a manufacturing facilityThe role regularly operates in areas where production, equipment, and machinery are presentMust be able to work in environments that require adherence to site safety policies and the use of required personal protective equipment (PPE)Exposure to noise, temperature variations, and industrial conditions may occur consistent with a manufacturing environmentTravelTravel may be required to support assigned sites, leaders, investigations, and key HR activitiesAre you ready to join a different kind of company where our people, our culture, and our commitments are centered around providing trusted solutions that improve lives around the world?IDEX is an Equal Opportunity Employer.
