Bilingual Customer Service Representative

The Bilingual Customer Service Representative plays a vital role in supporting our Spanish-English speaking customers through phone and email interactions. Working in a Warehouse Setting, Logistics Warehouse, As a key member of a small customer service team, you will manage order processing, generate reports, prepare necessary documentation, and address customer issues efficiently to maintain high satisfaction levels.
Responsibilities
- Generate reports to monitor product availability
- Prepare all necessary paperwork and related documentation
- Respond to customer inquiries via phone and email in both Spanish and English
- Resolve customer issues promptly and professionally
- Process customer orders accurately
- Enter and update customer data in the system
- Collaborate effectively within a small customer service team
Preferred Qualifications
- Minimum of 1 year experience in customer service
- High school diploma or equivalent
