Job Description

Join a team dedicated to manufacturing a variety of French catheters in a clean room environment. This role involves basic assembly tasks such as stringing catheters, reflow, visual inspection, and final packaging of products. You will utilize small hand tools, tweezers, and microscopes to construct complex catheter builds, which may involve up to 17 different stages.

Responsibilities

• Perform manual assembly of catheter components with precision.
• Utilize hand tools, tweezers, and microscopes for assembly processes.
• Conduct visual inspections to ensure product quality.
• Flex across different product lines and assemblies as needed.
• Participate in final packaging of assembled products.

Essential Skills

• 2-4 years of medical assembly experience, preferably with catheters.
• Proficiency in using microscopes for detailed work.
• Experience with basic hand tools, such as tweezers and pliers.
• Basic computer skills for documentation and communication.

Additional Skills & Qualifications

• Ability to learn and be cross-trained across different tasks.
• Willingness to work in a team environment.

Work Environment

Work in a state-of-the-art clean room environment that is well-lit, temperature-controlled, and currently undergoing expansion. The position requires full clean room attire including gowning, smock, hair net, and glasses. The role operates on a 1st Shift schedule, Monday-Thursday from 4:00am to 2:30pm.

Job Type & Location

This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Saint Paul, MN.

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $20.00 - $22.00/hr.
