Assemblers – $23/hr to $24/hr – Start ASAP! Weekly Pay! About the Role

Join a growing team building chiller units for data centers and custom equipment . If you enjoy hands‑on work, using tools, and being part of a fast‑moving production team, this role is a great fit. You’ll assemble units, support shop operations, and have opportunities to cross‑train into new areas as you grow.

What You’ll Do

• Assemble chiller units using work instructions and build specs
• Use hand & power tools safely and confidently
• Support shop operations : sweeping, shrink‑wrapping, packaging, material handling
• Work as part of a team to hit daily production goals
• Follow safety & quality standards
• Cross‑train into custom assembly areas as you gain experience

What You Need

• Assembly experience with hand and power tools
• Ability to read blueprints/schematics
• 1+ year manufacturing experience (sheet metal or mechanical assembly preferred)
• Experience with electrical components or wiring is a plus

Job Type & Location

This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Brooklyn Park, MN.

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $22.17 - $24.17/hr.
