CNC Operator- $25/HR- $28/HR- URGENT HIRING- START ASAP

We're looking for a reliable CNC Operator to join our small, team-oriented shop. If you have experience running CNC Haas mills or lathes and enjoy working in a relaxed environment where everyone helps out, we'd love to hear from you.

What You'll Do

• Operate CNC Haas mills and lathes to produce quality parts
• Monitor machine performance and inspect finished parts
• Make basic machine adjustments as needed
• Assist with assembly, packaging, and other shop tasks
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work area
• Work closely with team members to keep production running smoothly

What We're Looking For

• Experience operating CNC mills and lathes, preferably Haas machines
• Basic understanding of CNC machining and shop practices
• Positive attitude and strong teamwork skills
• Ability to work a full 40-hour week
• Willingness to help in other areas of the shop when needed

Job Type & Location

This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Minneapolis, MN.

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $25.00 - $28.00/hr.
