We provide structured, high-level training and ongoing coaching to develop top-performing consultants what we're looking for is the right skills, mindset, and work ethic.About the role:Solar Consultants meet with homeowners at pre-scheduled, confirmed appointments and guide them through the process of understanding and purchasing solar. There is no door knocking. No cold calling. No prospecting. Every appointment is set, confirmed, and scheduled for you.We invest around $1,000 per appointment!! Don't waste time knocking doors, we put you in front of qualified homeowners that's our commitment to your success, at no cost to you. Consultants attend 810 appointments per week, supported by our industry-leading 70% sit rate.Attend pre-set, confirmed appointments with homeownersClearly explain solar options, pricing, and benefitsAnswer questions and address concerns with confidence and honestyGuide homeowners through a structured decision-making processParticipate in ongoing training, coaching, and team developmentWho succeeds in this role:We hire for three things: interpersonal skills, coachability, and self-accountability. Sales experience is not a requirement the top 40% of earners did not come from a sales background.If you're driven from the inside, take feedback seriously, and connect with people naturally we'll teach you everything else.Strong communicators who are comfortable leading conversationsIndividuals who take coaching well and apply feedbackPeople with backgrounds in hospitality, customer service, leadership, education, competitive athletes, or other performance-based rolesSelf-motivated professionals who want control over their incomeComfortable working evenings and weekends to match homeowner schedulesWhat we offer:Paid, structured training designed to develop high-performing consultantsW2 position with full benefits: health, dental, vision, and 401kNo cold calling.
