**Job Title: Facilities Attendant/Van Driver**

We are seeking a dedicated and responsible Facilities Attendant/Van Driver to join our team. In this dual role, you will be instrumental in ensuring our facilities are well-maintained and our transportation needs are efficiently met. The ideal candidate will be proactive, detail-oriented, and possess excellent driving skills. **Key Responsibilities:**

- **Facilities Maintenance:**
- Perform routine maintenance tasks to ensure cleanliness and functionality of facilities, including restocking supplies and addressing minor repairs.
- Assist in setting up and dismantling equipment for various events and activities within the facility.
- Monitor and report any facility damages or safety hazards to the appropriate department.
- Respond promptly to facility-related inquiries from staff and visitors.

- **Van Driving:**
- Safely operate company vans to transport employees, clients, or materials to and from designated locations as needed.
- Maintain a high standard of safety and compliance with all traffic regulations and company policies.
- Perform routine vehicle inspections and coordinate necessary maintenance to ensure optimal vehicle performance.
- Schedule and log all transportation activities, maintaining accurate records of trips and maintenance.

**Qualifications:**

- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record.
- Previous experience in a facilities maintenance role is preferred.
- Proven ability to handle physical tasks, including lifting and moving equipment.
- Excellent time management and organizational skills.
- Strong communication skills and a customer-oriented approach.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

- Must be at least 26 years old due to insurance requirements.

**Working Conditions:**

- Physical demands may include lifting, bending, and standing for extended periods.
- Flexible work schedule, including occasional evenings and weekends, to accommodate transportation and facility needs.
