Our client, a leading organization in the global affairs and technology sector, is seeking a Program Coordinator 4 to join their team. As a Program Coordinator 4, you will be part of the Operations Support team supporting strategic initiatives across financial management, project coordination, and stakeholder engagement. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, strong organizational abilities, and a proactive mindset which will align successfully in the organization.

Job Title: Program Coordinator 4

Location: New York, NY or Seattle, WA (5 days onsite)

Pay Range: $34/hr to $36/hr on W2

Duration: Long-term contract (18 months)

What's the Job?

• Manage end-to-end procurement processes including purchase orders and statements of work, ensuring compliance and accuracy.
• Coordinate and support multiple project streams related to AI and strategic initiatives, maintaining detailed project plans and tracking milestones.
• Act as a central point of contact for cross-team collaboration, ensuring alignment and timely delivery of initiatives.
• Support vendor management activities, including onboarding, performance tracking, and quality assurance.
• Develop and maintain dashboards and reports to provide leadership with clear insights on project status, financials, and risks.

What's Needed?

• 8-10+ years of experience in program or project management, operations, or related roles.
• Proven experience managing complex, multi-stakeholder initiatives with governance and tracking.
• Strong financial operations background, including purchase orders, SOWs, and budget tracking.
• Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with high attention to detail.
• Familiarity with Microsoft tools such as Excel, Power BI, Teams, SharePoint, and Planner.
