Overview:

We’re seeking a skilled and experienced Diagnostic Lead Technician to oversee daily operations. This role combines hands-on diagnostics and repair work with leadership responsibilities, ensuring high-quality service and efficient workflow. The technician will be responsible for diagnosing issues, performing repairs, and ensuring vehicles are operating at peak performance.

Key Responsibilities:

• Perform advanced diagnostics, drivability assessments and complex repairs on a wide range of vehicles
• Skilled in alignment, steering, and suspension diagnosis/repair
• Strong diagnostic skills for engines and electrical systems.
• Lead, supervise, and mentor junior technicians to maintain consistent quality and productivity
• Inspect vehicles for quality control prior to delivery
• Collaborate with management to improve shop efficiency

Requirements:

• ASE Certifications preferred
• 5+ years of hands-on automotive repair experience
• Proficient in diagnostics, drivability, and electrical system
• Strong knowledge of diagnostic tools, repair procedures, and safety protocols
• Own diagnostic tools preferred
