Why You ll Love This Role:Work in a 9-bed Level 3 NICU with a 7-bed step-down unit 16 opportunities to make a lasting impact.
Collaborate with an exceptional team of Neonatologists and Neonatal Nurse Practitioners (NNPs) during the day, with NNPs covering nights.
Enjoy flexible 24-hour shifts that can be bundled to suit your schedule.

Utilize cutting-edge medical technology and resources to provide the highest standard of care.

Attend deliveries and provide immediate neonatal care.
Oversee the day-to-day management of the NICU, ensuring top-quality patient care.
Participate in multi-disciplinary rounds , including ventilator and nutrition management, lab reviews, and family meetings.
Coordinate and manage patient transports for appropriate gestational ages within our Level 3 NICU.
A commitment to providing high-quality, evidence-based neonatal care .
A team-oriented, collaborative approach to patient care.
Exceptional communication skills to engage effectively with families and healthcare professionals.
Texas medical license or eligibility to obtain one.
