About the Role The Construction Project Manager will be responsible for planning, directing, and coordinating activities related to construction projects. This role will involve overseeing the integration of technical activities, presenting findings to clients, and managing project teams. Job Title Construction Project Manager Key Responsibilities Coordinate projects, create detailed plans, and direct activities to achieve project goals Present and explain proposals, reports, and findings to clients Recruit, assign, and evaluate employees' work, and oversee staff development Analyze technology, resource needs, and market demand for project feasibility Collaborate with management, production, and marketing staff on project specifications Review and approve contracts and cost estimates Minimum Qualifications Verbal and written communication skills, problem‑solving skills, attention to detail, and interpersonal skills Ability to work independently and manage time effectively Knowledge of production processes, quality control, costs, and distribution techniques Understanding of business and management principles for strategic planning and resource allocation Proficiency in computer software such as MS Word, MS PowerPoint, MS Project, Visio, etc. Desired Qualifications Bachelor's degree in business administration or a related field PMI or PMP certification preferred Minimum of 10 years of experience in project management Explain a typical day in the role.: 100% on site role. Track construction progress and support Schedule, Cost, QAQC, GC management activities. What is the ideal background of a candidate for this role?: Top 3 Must-Have HARD Skills & years of experience for each: Ability to track a construction site activities with 600+ active employees. 8+ year of experience. Ability to track schedule milestones to minimize project delays. 8+ year of experience. Ability to collaborate with multiple stakeholder and one MSFT mindset to ensure the project is successful. Salary and Other Compensation: The salary for this position is between $185,000 - $200,000 USD annually. Factors which may affect pay within this range may include geography/market, skills, education, experience, and other qualifications of the successful candidate.
