Project Coordinator

Project Coordinator – Hunt Valley Office We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Project Coordinator to support the execution and daily operations of our solar projects. This role works closely with Project Managers to ensure all phases of a project are completed on time, within scope, and aligned with company standards. The ideal candidate brings a background in construction or a related field and thrives in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment. Key Responsibilities Assist Project Managers in planning and executing project action plans related to scheduling, budgeting, and field operations. Monitor and manage team goals, project timelines, and documentation. Participate in design, status, and budget meetings. Coordinate permits, utility approvals, incentive applications, and closeout documentation. Maintain both digital and physical project records. Draft and manage change orders, purchase orders, and subcontracts. Schedule and procure project‑related materials and equipment deliveries. Prepare and review project communications such as proposals, meeting notes, and correspondence. Liaise with clients to define project scope, requirements, and objectives. Perform other duties as required. Qualifications 5+ years of experience in construction or a 4‑year degree in a related field. Proficient with project documentation including RFIs, submittals, change orders, POs, and invoices. Strong written, verbal, and interpersonal communication skills. Highly organized with the ability to manage multiple priorities simultaneously. Strong problem‑solving, analytical, and time‑management skills. Able to work independently under pressure and meet deadlines. Experience with project management software and document control systems. Team leadership experience is a plus. Familiarity with the commercial solar industry is a strong advantage.
