Construction Project Coordinator

Construction CoordinatorSERVPRO of Annapolis is looking for an organized, professional, and customer-focused Construction Coordinator to join our reconstruction team. This is not simply a traditional administrative position. The Construction Coordinator is an important part of our day-to-day construction operation and serves as a communication link between our customers, Project Managers, estimators, subcontractors, and construction leadership.This position is Full-Time, In-Office at 1446 Ritchie Hwy, Arnold, MD. Pay is $25.00–$32.00 per hour, depending on experience.What You'll Do:Answer and manage incoming construction-related callsCommunicate regularly with customers regarding their reconstruction projectsWork closely with Project Managers, estimators, and construction leadership throughout the dayHelp coordinate project schedules and customer appointmentsPrepare, track, and communicate change ordersFollow up on outstanding customer and project needsHelp keep projects moving by identifying missing information or outstanding action itemsCoordinate communication between customers and the production teamMaintain accurate job files, notes, documents, and project informationAssist with contracts, documentation, and other construction-related paperworkHelp track project status and upcoming needsProvide administrative support to the reconstruction departmentHelp create an excellent customer experience from the beginning of the reconstruction process through completionWhat We're Looking For:Excellent phone and customer-service skillsStrong organization and attention to detailProfessional, friendly, and confident communicationAbility to follow up consistently and make sure tasks are completedComfortable working in a fast-paced environment with changing prioritiesAbility to communicate effectively with customers, Project Managers, estimators, subcontractors, and coworkersComfortable taking ownership rather than waiting to be told every next stepStrong computer and email skillsPrevious construction, restoration, project coordination, or administrative experience is preferredExperience with Xactimate or insurance restoration is helpful but not requiredWhat We Offer:$25.00–$30.00 per hour, depending on experienceFull-time, Monday–Friday positionCompetitive benefits packagePaid trainingProfessional development opportunitiesCareer advancement opportunitiesStable, established company with a growing reconstruction departmentOpportunity to learn the restoration and construction industryA position with real responsibility and the opportunity to grow as our company continues to expandAbout SERVPRO:SERVPRO is a leader in property restoration and reconstruction.
