SERVPRO of Annapolis is looking for an organized, professional, and customer-focused Construction Coordinator to join our reconstruction team. This is not simply a traditional administrative position. The Construction Coordinator is an important part of our day-to-day construction operation and serves as a communication link between our customers, Project Managers, estimators, subcontractors, and construction leadership.

This position is full-time and in-office at 1446 Ritchie Hwy, Arnold, MD. Pay is $25.00–$32.00 per hour, depending on experience.

What You'll Do:

• Answer and manage incoming construction-related calls
• Communicate regularly with customers regarding their reconstruction projects
• Work closely with Project Managers, estimators, and construction leadership throughout the day
• Help coordinate project schedules and customer appointments
• Prepare, track, and communicate change orders
• Follow up on outstanding customer and project needs
• Help keep projects moving by identifying missing information or outstanding action items
• Coordinate communication between customers and the production team
• Maintain accurate job files, notes, documents, and project information
• Assist with contracts, documentation, and other construction-related paperwork
• Help track project status and upcoming needs
• Provide administrative support to the reconstruction department
• Help create an excellent customer experience from the beginning of the reconstruction process through completion

• Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment with changing priorities
• Ability to communicate effectively with customers, Project Managers, estimators, subcontractors, and coworkers
• Comfortable taking ownership rather than waiting to be told every next step
• Strong computer and email skills
• Previous construction, restoration, project coordination, or administrative experience is preferred
• Experience with Xactimate or insurance restoration is helpful but not required
