Experienced Restaurant General Manager Opportunity
We are thrilled to announce an exciting opportunity for an experienced Restaurant General Manager to lead our fast-casual dining team in San Mateo. This role is perfect for a dynamic individual who is passionate about hospitality and thrives in a vibrant, fast-paced environment.
Compensation: $85,000 - $100,000 annually, with performance-based bonuses, paid time off, and a comprehensive benefits package.
Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee and coordinate culinary operations to ensure top-quality food preparation and service.
- Manage guest services, addressing and resolving any issues to maintain a high level of customer satisfaction.
- Train and oversee both Front-of-House (FOH) and Back-of-House (BOH) staff, fostering a collaborative and efficient team.
- Develop and adjust staff schedules based on sales forecasts and business needs.
- Ensure compliance with all safety and sanitation standards and regulations.
Qualifications:
- A minimum of 4 years of experience as a General Manager in a fast-paced restaurant environment.
- Proven track record in managing operations with sales of $4-5 million.
- Exceptional leadership skills with a focus on team development and motivation.
- Strong analytical skills and attention to detail.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
