Key Responsibilities:

• Supervise and coordinate all culinary activities, ensuring high-quality ingredients and food preparation.
• Oversee guest services and promptly resolve any issues to maintain guest satisfaction.
• Train and manage both Front of House (FOH) and Back of House (BOH) personnel, fostering a motivated team.
