Join a dynamic mail-order renal specialty pharmacy serving a high volume of patients with precision and care. This role offers the chance to work in a fast-paced environment handling approximately 1,000 prescriptions daily, ensuring patients receive the correct medications with accurate instructions.

Key Responsibilities:

• Perform Pharmacist Verification 1 (PV1) and Pharmacist Verification 2 (PV2) functions.
• Conduct final verification processes, confirming the accuracy of medication in the bottle or box.
• Verify directions and prescription information against hard copies to maintain safety and compliance.
• Collaborate with the pharmacy team to maintain a smooth workflow without automation assistance.
• Provide attentive and accurate pharmaceutical care within a mail order and renal specialty setting.

Qualifications and Desired Experience:

• Minimum 2-3 years of experience in a high-volume pharmacy environment.
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to medication safety.
• Positive attitude and adaptability to a temporary role.
• Experience with Wellsky pharmacy order entry system preferred.
• Comfortable working in a non-automated pharmacy setting.

Schedule and Location:

• Monday through Friday, 1:30 PM to 10:30 PM shift.
• 40 hours per week.
• Position based in Nashville, TN.
• ASAP start for a 13-week plus contract with potential for contract-to-hire.
• No on-call duties required.
