The Role and Impact We are seeking a Module Engineer to play a pivotal role in advancing Intel's high-volume manufacturing capabilities. In this position, you will oversee critical equipment and processes that enable the production of cutting-edge integrated circuits, driving innovation in device miniaturization and semiconductor excellence. Your expertise will directly impact production efficiency, quality, and yield, ensuring Intel maintains its leadership in the semiconductor industry. As part of this team, you will collaborate across regions to shape the future of semiconductor innovation. Key Responsibilities - Operate and optimize high-volume manufacturing equipment and processes to maintain control over critical dimensions and defectivity. - Conduct tests and measurements to evaluate equipment and process performance, recommending and implementing modifications to improve productivity and quality. - Execute maintenance, repair, and upgrades for assigned equipment and modules to ensure consistent operational excellence. - Lead continuous improvement initiatives focused on enhancing safety, productivity, cost efficiency, and yield. - Develop and implement excursion prevention systems to detect and address discrepant materials or activities in equipment and processes. - Facilitate technology transfer to global manufacturing sites through training, audits, and documentation to ensure consistent processing across locations. - Oversee installation, conversion, and qualification of equipment during factory ramps, ensuring compliance with safety, quality, and matching standards. - Leverage data-driven techniques such as Design of Experiments (DOE) to characterize, control, and improve manufacturing processes.

Qualifications:

Minimum qualifications are required to be initially considered for this position. Preferred qualifications are in addition to the minimum requirements and are considered a plus factor in identifying top candidates. Requirements listed would be obtained through a combination of industry relevant job experience, internship experiences and or schoolwork/classes/research.

Minimum Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in a STEM field or related discipline.
- 4+ years of relevant experience with a Bachelor's degree; or 3+ years of experience with a Master's degree; or no experience required with a PhD.
- Proficiency in semiconductor metrology, process characterization, and manufacturing process improvement.
- Experience in developing and maintaining process controls, identifying excursions, and implementing changes.
- Strong knowledge of Design of Experiments (DOE) principles and their application in process optimization.
- Technical expertise in semiconductor manufacturing equipment and processes.

Preferred Qualifications
- Hands-on experience in semiconductor environments, particularly in process analytical metrology or process development.
- Familiarity with statistical methodologies and experimental design for tool matching, tool qualification, and process optimization.
- Understanding of semiconductor process flows, logic or memory, and associated metrology assessments.
- Proven project management experience, including leading task forces to resolve complex technical challenges.
- Effective communication and collaboration skills to work across diverse teams globally.

Annual Salary Range for jobs which could be performed in the US: $103,730.00-198,820.00 USDThe range displayed on this job posting reflects the minimum and maximum target compensation for the position across all US locations.
