Caregiver Position at Elim ShoresElim Shores, a Cassia community, is hiring a caregiver (CNA, HHA, or PCA) to join our team. As a caregiver at Elim Shores, you will assist residents with their activities of daily living (ADLs) such as bathing, grooming, shampooing, and medication administration, while promoting dignity, independence, and well-being. The ideal candidate is caring, dependable, and team-oriented, with a genuine desire to support older adults. Caregiving experience is a plus, but we provide training for those eager to learn. Position type: on-call. Wage range: $17.85 - $20.82/hour depending on experience. Location: 7900 Timber Lake Dr, Eden Prairie, MN 55347.Caregiver Responsibilities:Help each resident reach and maintain the highest level of performance and independence while assisting them with personal care and daily living activities.Assist with treatments as delegated by the registered nurse per individualized care plan.Take and record temperature, blood pressure, weight, pulse, and respiration as instructed. Report changes or concerns to the RN.Document services performed on computerized charting system.Assist residents with prescribed program activities.Observe resident and report any changes in physical and emotional condition such as change in attitude, reaction, and appetite, to the supervisor.Assist the resident with personal care which may include the following: shampooing of hair, assist with showering/bathing, fingernail and foot care, and medication administration.Perform additional tasks as needed.Caregiver Qualifications:Must be at least 18 years old.Current MN nursing assistant (CNA) certification preferred but not required.Excellent communication and customer service skills.Previous experience in a similar setting a plus.A genuine desire to work with our elderly population.Cassia Benefits:Competitive pay with experience-based raisesCollaborative and inclusive work cultureESST - earned sick and safe timeAbout Us: Elim Shores is a vibrant senior living community in Eden Prairie, MN, offering 64 beautifully designed apartments, many with private balconies and lake views.
