Mental Health Therapist – LPC/LCSW/PLPC/LMSW

Lending Precious Hands, LLC (LPH) is seeking a compassionate, dependable, and motivated Mental Health Therapist to join our growing behavioral health team.

The Mental Health Therapist will provide individual and/or family therapy services to clients while maintaining timely, accurate clinical documentation and working collaboratively with our behavioral health team.

Responsibilities

• Conduct clinical assessments and identify client treatment needs.
• Develop individualized treatment plans and update them as required.
• Provide individual, family, and/or group therapy based on client needs.
• Maintain an assigned caseload and meet established productivity expectations.
• Complete progress notes and other required documentation accurately and on time.
• Monitor client progress and adjust treatment approaches when appropriate.
• Coordinate care with other providers, community organizations, and members of the client's treatment team when necessary.
• Maintain client confidentiality and comply with HIPAA requirements.
• Participate in clinical supervision, team meetings, trainings, and quality-improvement activities.
• Follow all applicable Missouri Department of Mental Health (DMH), Medicaid, payer, and LPH policies and documentation requirements.
• Maintain active professional credentials and complete required continuing education and training.

Qualifications

• Master's degree in Counseling, Social Work, Psychology, or a related behavioral health field.
• Missouri LPC, LCSW, PLPC, or LMSW credential preferred/accepted as applicable to the position.
• Experience providing behavioral health services preferred.
• Strong clinical documentation and time-management skills.
• Ability to work independently while collaborating with a multidisciplinary team.
• Reliable, professional, and committed to providing quality client care.
• Must successfully complete all required background screenings and credentialing requirements.

Schedule & Compensation

• Full-time and/or part-time opportunities may be available.
• Pay: $30–$40 per hour , based on licensure, experience, qualifications, and position responsibilities.
• Caseload and productivity expectations will be discussed during the interview process.
