The Business Owner collaborates with marketing, product, and customer support teams to enhance services, improve user experience, and ensure operational efficiency. This role also involves building partnerships, making data-driven decisions, and ensuring compliance with applicable regulations. The Business Owner is expected to lead with an entrepreneurial mindset, prioritize customer satisfaction, and drive sustainable business growth. Qualifications Demonstrated experience in business ownership, entrepreneurship, or senior leadership within a digital or service-based organization. Strong skills in business strategy, financial management, and data-driven decision-making. Experience in online platforms, recruitment services, or HR technology is highly beneficial. Ability to manage remote teams, align cross-functional stakeholders, and foster a collaborative culture. Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills with clients and partners. Comfort with using digital tools, analytics platforms, and project management software.
