Communicate effectively with patients, families, and healthcare team members regarding patient care and schedule appointments in a timely manner. Assemble patient charts, assist physicians with order entry software, and coordinate patient transfers, discharges, and staff scheduling. Manage meeting logistics, including room reservations, notices, and minute-taking, while accurately maintaining timekeeping records. Education What minimum requirements you’ll need High School diploma equivalency OR 1 year of applicable cumulative job specific experience required. Note: Required professional licensure/certification can be used in lieu of education or experience, if applicable.
