They are seeking someone warm, loving, and highly engaging who can confidently care for both children and keep them actively involved throughout the day. The family does not use TV for the kids, so the ideal nanny is creative, interactive, and attentive to planning activities that keep both children stimulated and happy. The neighborhood is very walkable, making it easy to take the kids to nearby parks, libraries, and classes for outings and fresh air. The right candidate is organized, detail-oriented, energetic, and truly enjoys spending time with young children.
