This nanny will be proactive, organized, and attentive to keeping children’s spaces tidy, while seamlessly stepping in wherever needed and adapting to the flow of a busy household. Respectful communication and the ability to follow parents’ guidance are essential, along with a nurturing, engaging approach—particularly ensuring a screen-free environment for the baby.
