What will you do in this job?

• Sort, grade and price donated products using store guidelines and computer generated ticketing software
• Provide and coach for excellent customer service
• Work with store manager to identify and meet the product related needs of the store on a daily basis
• Serve as manager on duty as needed
• Work alongside teams to meet store goals
• Assist with the training and development of new employees
• Complete cleaning tasks as needed
• Maintain a clean, organized and safe work site
• Answer the phone with courtesy and respect

Compensation and Benefits for Full-Time Work

Starting Rate: $20.00, with eligibility for annual performance-based increases. Maximum pay is $23.72, achievable through sustained good performance and years of service.
