Ad Astra Behavior Analytic Services is looking for a passionate and committed Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to become part of our growing team. This is a full-time opportunity with compensation ranging from $60 to $90 per hour. We offer flexible scheduling and cultivate a workplace that genuinely respects work-life balance. This role involves local travel to oversee client services and maintain high standards of treatment integrity.In this position, the BCBA will develop and supervise individualized behavior support plans, mentor and guide behavior technicians, complete assessments, and collaborate closely with families and interdisciplinary professionals to promote meaningful client outcomes. Responsibilities also include facilitating staff trainings, evaluating team performance, and helping strengthen a collaborative and positive work environment. Attendance at IEP and IFSP meetings may be required to support client advocacy and coordination of services.We are dedicated to advancing quality and innovation in applied behavior analysis while consistently prioritizing the health, growth, and well-being of both our clients and our team members.Qualifications:Master 's degree and current BCBA certification (required)Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skillsReliable transportation and willingness to travel locallySpanish speaking is valued but not requiredAbility to lift up to 50 poundsPhysical and Cognitive Requirements:Frequently sit, stand, walk, bend, kneel, crouch, reach, and transition between floor-level and standing positions throughout the workday.Actively participate in developmentally appropriate client activities, including floor-based activities, movement-based activities, transitions, and safety monitoring.Safely navigate assigned work environments, including homes, clinics, schools, community settings, and remote/telehealth settings, as applicable.
