Job Summary and Qualifications

In the role of a Registered Nurse, you will be tasked with providing exceptional, patient-focused care that aligns with departmental requirements and state-specific practice standards. Working closely with healthcare providers and the care team, you will deliver individualized, thorough, and compassionate care, adhering to established nursing frameworks such as "Assess, Perform, Teach, and Manage." You will also serve as an advocate for patients, families, and caregivers, reflecting the organization's vision, mission, and values to ensure a remarkable patient experience and favorable clinical results.

Key Responsibilities

• Evaluate the patient's condition upon admission and during each scheduled shift, quickly identifying and reporting any changes in their status.
• Carry out procedures, monitoring, or other tasks as directed by medical providers, ensuring accurate and timely documentation of care in the patient's medical record.
• Administer prescribed medications, observe the patient for therapeutic effects, and take necessary actions in case of any adverse reactions.
• Deliver outstanding care by promptly addressing patient requests, anticipating their needs, and resolving issues proactively.
• Educate patients, families, and caregivers about the patient's medical condition, treatment plans, medications, potential side effects, and follow-up care, ensuring they fully understand complex medical terms.

Qualifications Required

• Advanced Cardiac Life Support certification must be obtained within six months of starting employment.
• Basic Cardiac Life Support certification.
• Registered Nurse (RN) license.
• Associate Degree, Bachelor's Degree, or a Registered Nurse Diploma.
