Job Description Join Our Growing Family-Owned Business – CNC Lathe Operator Needed! Are you an experienced CNC Lathe Operator with 5+ years under your belt? Looking for a place where your skills will be valued and you can grow with the company? We’re a family-owned business experiencing exciting growth and are looking for dedicated professionals like you to join our team! What You’ll Do Set‑up, adjust, and operate CNC Lathes to create parts that meet print specifications. Work with Fanuc and Haas controls. Understand fixture work coordinates and tool offsets. Machine a variety of parts using blueprints and pre‑written CNC programs. Operate CNC Lathes daily with attention to detail and precision. Use tools like micrometers, depth micrometers, indicators, calipers, and thread gauges to ensure quality. Adjust vises or jaws as needed for set‑up. Operate one or two machines on your own, with support from another operator when necessary. Help troubleshoot and solve machining issues. Inspect parts to ensure they meet the specifications. Recognize when tools need replacing and make adjustments. Assist in training new operators and contribute to the growth of our team.
