This role plays a critical part in ensuring that staff, administration, and systems operate smoothly and efficiently in a secure digital environment. Key Responsibilities Provide day-to-day technical support to school staff and students for hardware, software, and connectivity issues. Assist in maintaining and troubleshooting systems such as Microsoft 365, Google Workspace (Gmail, Docs, Drive), Printers, and internal servers. Support technology use across school operations Respond to help desk requests, resolve basic IT issues, and elevate more complex issues to the Head of School or our External IT Security Company. Help maintain data security and implement best practices for cyber safety within the school setting. Support classroom and office technology, including audio/visual setups and device troubleshooting. Maintain documentation of user support requests, troubleshooting steps, and recurring issues. Qualifications Strong customer service and communication skills...Must be able to assist individuals with varying levels of tech experience Highly organized, with the ability to multitask and manage priorities A sense of urgency and attention to detail to meet the fast-paced needs of a school environment Demonstrates reliability, confidentiality, and a collaborative spirit Prior experience providing technical support in an educational setting preferred but not required Bachelor's degree in related field Position Type: Full-time Job Categories: Support Staff > Computer Support Job Requirements At least 1 year(s) of relevant experience preferred.
