Job Summary: Functions as a Receptionist / Assistant in every area of The Breast Care Center. Must possess a working knowledge of all work areas. Principal duties and responsibilities will vary depending on which area of the Breast Care Center the Receptionist / Assistant is assigned to and/or working in (Reception Desk, Front Office, Laboratory, Mammography Patient Care/Waiting Room, File Room, Scheduling, and Patient Escort).

Status: FT Shift: Days Hours: 8am-4pm

Job Essentials:

• Excellent communication skills (oral and written).
• Excellent interpersonal skills to courteously interact with callers and visitors.
• Strong organizational skills.
• Strong computer skills to include (Electronic Medical Record System and Outlook for scheduling)
• Prior customer service work experience a plus.
• Prior medical assistant work experience a plus.

Education Requirements:

High School Diploma or GED

The rate of pay for each position will be determined based on a variety of factors including the candidate's relevant experience, qualifications, skills, etc. The minimum rate does not include bonuses/incentives, differential pay or other forms of compensation. In addition to the minimum rate, eligible employees may receive comprehensive benefits, including health insurance, retirement plans, paid time off, and other wellness resources. Minimum rate: $17.00/hour
