Key Qualifications:

• Active Occupational Therapist Registration (OTR) preferred; Certified Occupational Therapy Assistants (COTA) may be considered
• Previous experience in school-based OT highly preferred
• Skills in home health and general OT practice a plus
• Valid state licensure for Occupational Therapy
• Strong organizational and communication abilities
• Comfort working across elementary, middle, and high school settings

Primary Responsibilities:

• Provide OT services to students according to individualized education plans (IEPs)
• Assess and document student progress
• Collaborate with teachers, support staff, and families on student interventions
• Adapt therapeutic techniques to suit a variety of developmental levels
• Uphold professional and ethical standards at all times
