The ideal candidate will bring over 10 years of progressive leadership experience growing from a Senior Project Manager into a Program Manager and will have a strong background leading enterprise-wide technology rollouts, managing vendors, and driving organizational efficiency. 10+ years of progressive leadership experience as a Program Manager or Senior Project Manager in a technology-driven enterprise environment. Project Management Professional (PMP) certification required. Demonstrated experience leading enterprise-wide rollouts and technology implementations. Proven ability to track and manage large-scale projects, including deliverables, issues, risks, and schedules. Strong background in vendor management and change management practices. Excellent communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills. High proficiency with Microsoft Office tools and the ability to create professional-level documentation and presentations. Strong conceptual thinking, analytical reasoning, and the ability to work independently and lead others. Experience with Workforce Productivity tools (e.g., Sapience Analytics or similar platforms) preferred. Ability to wear multiple hats, including program/project management and gathering/managing business requirements.
