Commercial Litigation Attorney

BCG Attorney Search

A law firm seeks a Commercial Litigation Attorney in Springfield, IL. The ideal candidate will join a dynamic team dedicated to providing efficient and effective legal representation. This role offers the opportunity to work on diverse commercial litigation matters, contributing to the firm's reputation for success.

Duties

Represent clients in commercial litigation cases.
Collaborate with legal teams to develop case strategies.
Conduct legal research and draft legal documents.
Participate in negotiations and court proceedings.

Requirements

Juris Doctor degree from an ABA-accredited law school.
Active law license in Illinois and/or Missouri, in good standing.
0-10 years of experience in commercial litigation.

Education

Juris Doctor degree from an ABA-accredited law school.

Certifications

Active State of Illinois and/or Missouri Law license.

Skills

Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
Proficiency in legal research and drafting.
