Room patients and assist providers during outpatient visits Collect vital signs and medical histories from patients accurately Prepare exam rooms and ensure clinical supplies are ready and organized Support one primary provider, with flexibility to assist other providers as needed Support a diverse patient population in a family medicine clinic setting Support clinical documentation and charting in EPIC electronic health record system

Minimum of 2 years of medical assisting experience in a clinical setting Proficiency in patient rooming, vital signs collection, and medical history intake Ability to work independently while supporting a team of healthcare professionals Strong organizational skills and attention to detail Basic knowledge of healthcare operations and clinical workflows in outpatient care

Certification as a Medical Assistant in good standing (MA-C required) Basic Life Support (BLS) certification Prior outpatient or primary care experience preferred; pediatrics experience is a plus but not required Reliable personal transportation is necessary Availability to start ASAP; candidates comfortable with a temp-to-perm arrangement are encouraged to apply Schedule entails day shifts, typically from 6:30 AM to 5:00 PM or 7:00 AM to 5:30 PM; weekends and on-call are not required Candidates must be available for three interview time options, including the relevant time zone, to ensure scheduling flexibility
