Support a team of providers by preparing exam rooms and setting up necessary equipment. Room patients and collect vital signs, medical history, and other relevant information. Support the clinical team in maintaining a smooth workflow during patient visits. Ensure a clean, organized, and efficient clinical environment. Support other providers as needed within the scope of practice, adapting to varying daily needs in a fast-paced outpatient setting.

Minimum of 2 years of experience as a Medical Assistant in a clinical setting. Proficient in rooming patients and collecting vital signs and medical histories. Ability to support multiple providers in a busy outpatient environment. Strong organizational skills and attention to detail. Familiarity with electronic health record systems; experience with EPIC is preferred. BLS certification required. Medical Assistant Certification (MA-C) required. Reliable transportation and ability to work a 4×10 daytime schedule, typically from 6:30 AM to 5:00 or 7:30 AM to 5:30 PM.

Pediatric experience preferred but not required. No blood draws required for this position. Comfortable working within scope to support clinical needs; flexibility for floating support as needed. Preference for local candidates; travelers considered if open to permanent placement. Must be available for interview during specified times, with three confirmed time slots requested. Candidates should be available for a temp-to-perm arrangement; stability and commitment are valued. No on-call required, and weekend work is not part of the schedule. Prior experience in outpatient family medicine clinics is highly desirable.
