The Area Sales Manager will lead a small sales team focused on driving direct sales of services within a designated territory. This role emphasizes client relationship management, strategic territory oversight, and sales forecasting to meet key performance targets such as revenue growth, customer acquisition, and team development. Minimal travel is expected, allowing a strong focus on hands-on sales strategy and team leadership.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve revenue targets
• Manage client relationships and ensure high customer satisfaction
• Oversee territory management to optimize coverage and sales opportunities
• Conduct regular sales forecasting and performance analysis
• Lead and develop a small sales team (1-5 members)
• Focus on direct sales channels to drive service adoption

Preferred Qualifications

• 2+ years in sales management, preferably leading small teams
• Experience with sales strategy development and execution
• Proficient in Customer Relationship Management (CRM) tools
• Strong leadership and team management skills
• Effective communication capabilities
• Knowledge of market research to inform sales tactics
