TouchPoint is seeking an Operations Manager to guide and oversee the support services operations for the department. You will coordinate frontline associates and serve as a liaison between administration and unit departments, delivering high levels of service. Your role includes establishing standards, planning staffing, assisting in hiring, and supervising housekeeping staff.
