Senior Agile Coach

Working remotely on a contract basis, the Senior Agile Coach will support enterprise benefits realization frameworks, execute Lean-Agile portfolio workflows, and facilitate prioritization processes to drive value and strategic alignment. Key responsibilities: Support and operationalize enterprise benefits realization frameworks, including tracking and reporting Execute and continuously improve Lean-Agile portfolio workflows, including demand management and prioritization support Develop dashboards and reporting artifacts to provide insights on value realization and delivery performance Required qualifications: 5-8+ years in Portfolio Management, PMO, Value Management, or related disciplines Experience with Lean-Agile practices, portfolio operations, and reporting/analytics tools such as Power BI or Tableau Strong analytical skills and experience with Clarity, Rally, Jira, or similar enterprise tools Exposure to benefits realization frameworks and OKR models SAFe certification or comparable portfolio management training
